Cancellation & refunds

Free cancellation until 7 days before your arrival date — you receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the booking; the remaining 50% is refunded.
Refunds are returned to the original payment card or account via Paystack, usually within 5–10 working days.
To cancel or change a booking, contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email with your booking reference.

Payment

Online bookings are paid in full at the time of booking through Paystack (cards, bank transfer, USSD).
Prices are per room, per night, in Nigerian Naira (₦).

Occupancy & children

Each room accommodates up to 2 adults and 1 child under 12 using existing bedding.
The Entourage Suite accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children.

House rules

Check-in from 2:00 PM; check-out by 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required for every adult guest at check-in.
Smoking is not permitted in rooms. Designated smoking areas are available. A ₦50,000 penalty applies for smoking in rooms.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Firearms are not permitted. Registered firearms must be declared at check-in.
For health and safety reasons, outside food and drinks may not be brought into the hotel.

Privacy policy

Forever Hotels & Suites Ltd. ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

Bookings: your name, email address, phone number, stay dates, number of guests and any special requests.
Payments: processed entirely by Paystack. We receive confirmation of payment and the amount — never your card or bank details.
Enquiries and surveys: the details you choose to send us.
Security: Cloudflare checks visits for automated abuse; this may process your IP address and browser information.

How we use it

To confirm and manage your reservation, contact you about your stay, and meet legal guest-registration requirements.
To reply to your enquiries and improve our service using your feedback.
To send offers only if you have opted in. You can opt out at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. We keep booking records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. To access, correct or delete your data, contact us at reservations@foreverhotels.com.ng. We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
